Kevin Spacey Biography
Although Kevin keeps his private life, well, private, there is always information that slips througj the cracks. He was the youngest of three children born in South Orange, New Jersey. His parents are Thomas and Kathleen Fowler.

His early childhood involved a lot of travelling however they finally settled in southern California where Kevin began his life as a no good nic teen, eventually getting sent to Northride Military Academy. Not that it did much good as he was later kicked out. He then attended Chatsworth High School, San Fernando Valley where he began an amateur acting career.

He later began college at Los Angeles Valley but soon left on the advise of an old classmate ,Val Kilmer. After a few years of doing various things he took to the stage and made his debut in 1981 with an apperance in Henry VI.

His film career did not start until 1986 where he was cast in a small part in Heartburn. His first chance to grap attention was in the TV series Wizeguy in the following year. He played similar roles in several later films includinmg Th Usual Suspects in 1995, earning him an Oscar for Best Supporting Actor.

He continued his film career as well as beginning a directorial one with Albino Alligator in 1996. Although the movie was highly praised it did not become well known. Meanwhile his acting career continued to move foward with L.A. Confidential in 1997 and in 1999, the kind of emo movies, American Beauty was released.

The film earned him an Oscar for Best Actor, being his biggest success so far. His acting career is still on the rise despite his move away from the darker characters - Celeb State.
